The FloJak collection of hand-well-pumps are all manufactured in our Arkansas production facilities. Generally we ship within 4-6 business days from finished goods inventory on hand. When order demand is unusually high, lead times can sometimes extend to 14 work days or more. We try to post lead times prominantly and we always communicate current lead time on phone in orders.

Freight costs usually range from 8% to 16%, and are quoted upon checkout.

Larger volumes, or international orders must be coordinated and scheduled through our business development group at 855-4FLOJAK or through any of the appropriate online forms. Orders for Alaska or Hawaii require extra shipping and must be arranged in advance via phone (855-435-6525).

FloJak boxes are discreetly marked, generally weigh less than 100 pounds, and are shipped via UPS or FedEx at the descretion of the company.

Special shipping instructions should be approved in advance and re-communicated in the special notes section at the time of your online checkout.
