These manual well pump parts come with a threaded cinch-nut for holding the assembly in place when installed in a 1.25" hole, in a thin-wall well-cap. The center hole is designed to accept the body of the EarthStraw.

I enjoy the security
I'm enjoying the security of a manual pump, easily installed, on our property. I had to replace the "t-bar stick" as my grandson pulled it way up and bent it towards him. When I replaced it I realized I can loosen the nut at the top of the "nut assembly" so the "t-bar stick" pumps much smoother. Also, the nut on the underside of our well cap I replaced with a much stronger metal one, as the plastic one broke and dropped into our well :P .
