The FloJak hand well pump is manufactured in Stone County, Arkansas, which is a designated SBA Hub Zone. We welcome opportunities to supply in high quantities for domestic or international use. FloJak is manufactured to exacting standards and every unit is tested at the factory prior to packaging and shipment.
Current manufacturing capacity is 100,000 FloJak units per year, per shift, but is rapidly scaleable to higher volumes. FloJak is a proprietary Bal-Cor design which is patent pending. The pumping mechanism can be custom designed and tooled for accessing water from deep bore holes in harsh conditions as required to meet the various demands in environments around the globe.
We can also custom-produce lower pump-volume, higher-pressure models designed for lift conditions up to 300 feet. All materials used in the manufacture of below-the-waterline components, are either stainless steel, or are NSF certified food-safe.
